In particular for requests concerning computing, please provide us at least the ID of the jobs.

You can also include, for example and without being exhaustive:

• the cluster involved;
• error messages;
• output log files;
• launch command;
• configuration of the software environment;
• example of a minimalist job that would allow us to reproduce the problem.
